The first impression is the staff starting with the receptionist & they are always professional, smiling & helpful. I must personally say that when I'm afraid of the medical procedures, each tech or nurse & everyone preparing you for the procedure does everything possible to try to keep you calm & assure you that it's gonna be ok. Dr. Tse is the best. He listens & gives his professional advice. Very clean facility. Lobby is always clean.*

That’s just a young staff and they just laugh around and play too much I was serious about taking my my urine test and I asked him did they have some to put in case it fell in the toilet they they started laughing think it was funny I don’t like that I get enough of children around me all day long I come to the doctors office to get help I know it was time for them to go but a little bit more seriously when you people come in the office would greatly appreciate it !!!!!!*
